Privacy policy

In short: this website uses no cookies, no analytics and no trackers. We only get personal data when you email us, or when you interact with our posts on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook or TikTok. Our in-house tools only connect to Seventh Panel's own accounts. We never sell data.

1. Who is responsible

The data controller is Mohamed Farag, trading as Seventh Panel, Barcelona, Spain. Full identification details are in the legal notice.

2. This website

• No cookies, analytics or trackers. The site has no scripts, no embedded videos, no social widgets and no advertising. The fonts are hosted on this site, so your browser makes no requests to third parties when you visit.
• Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages). To deliver pages and protect the site from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. Cloudflare acts as our processor. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).

3. When you email us

If you write to hello@seventhpanel.com, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and your message. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards the message to our mailbox, which is hosted by Google (Gmail). We use it only to reply and to handle your request. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you, or the steps you ask us to take before an agreement (GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). We keep the correspondence for as long as the conversation needs it and delete it after two years at the latest, unless the law requires us to keep it longer (for example for tax records).

4. Our channels on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok

When you watch, follow, like, comment on or message our channels, the platform is the controller of that data and its own privacy policy applies. We see what the platform shows every channel owner:

• Statistics. Aggregated figures such as views, watch time, followers, and anonymous breakdowns by country, age range or device. These don't identify you.
• Public interactions. Your public profile name and what you post on our content, such as comments. We read comments to reply to them and to moderate our channels.

We don't build profiles of individual viewers, we don't match viewers with other data, and we don't use viewer data for advertising.

5. Our in-house tools and Google and Meta data

Seventh Panel runs two in-house tools. They are used only by the studio to manage its own accounts. They aren't offered to the public, they never sign in to anyone else's account, and they place no cookies on anyone's device.

Studio Uploader (YouTube API Services)

Studio Uploader uses YouTube API Services. With the studio owner's permission (Google sign-in), it accesses Seventh Panel's own YouTube channel to:

• upload our episodes and set their titles, descriptions, thumbnails and disclosure settings;
• list the videos on our channel and read their public details;
• read YouTube Analytics reports for our channel. These are aggregated statistics, as described in section 4.

The sign-in tokens and the data obtained are stored only on the studio's own server in the European Union (Hetzner Online GmbH, Finland), readable only by the studio's service account. We don't share Google user data with anyone, don't sell it, don't use it for advertising, and don't use it to develop, improve or train AI or machine-learning models.

Seventh Panel's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

By using features that rely on YouTube, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Access can be revoked at any time on the Google account connections page (the security settings). When access is revoked, we delete the stored tokens, and any data obtained through the API that isn't needed for our own channel statistics, within 30 days.

Studio Publisher (Meta Instagram and Facebook APIs)

Studio Publisher connects to Seventh Panel's own Instagram professional account and Facebook Page to publish our videos, read their insights (aggregated statistics) and read comments on our posts. It doesn't offer Facebook or Instagram login to anyone else. See the data deletion instructions for how to ask us to delete any data about you.

Posting service

We also use a scheduling service, Zernio, to publish our videos to our YouTube and TikTok accounts. It connects to those accounts through its own approved apps, under its own privacy policy. It receives our videos and their descriptions, not data about viewers.

6. Who else processes data, and transfers outside the EU

Where data goes to the USA, the transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, where the provider is certified, or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. The services we use to write and produce episodes, such as writing, voice and image tools, receive our own scripts and artwork, never visitors' personal data.

7. Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to its use, and receive it in a portable format. Email hello@seventhpanel.com and we'll reply within one month. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, or to the authority where you live.

8. Children

Our content is made for teens and adults (13+), and none of our channels are made for kids. We don't knowingly collect personal data from children under 14, the age of digital consent in Spain. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, tell us and we'll delete it.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will also be announced on the homepage.
